Our History
In 1969, our founder Herbert L. Bent established The Willows Inc. as a land development and new home construction company. In 1974 The Willows Inc. purchased City-Wide Plumbing & Heating, and then became known as The Willows Inc. trading as Melroy Plumbing & Heating, Inc. A few years later the business name was officially changed to Melroy Plumbing & Heating, Inc.
Melroy expanded its business and moved to its current location in the late 1980’s. It was at this time that Herbert turned control over to his two sons Lance and Mark. Hearth products were introduced in 1995 and the Hearth Products showroom opened in 2003.
