How Melroy Video Analysis saved me $3000.00.
When my drain clogged I called Melroy. After clearing the clog they offered to video the pipe to determine the cause. Since my home was brand new, (3 years old), I decided to know now while it's still under warranty. Two problems were found. One was a sag in the pipe leaving the house, and another was a severe backward slope in another section. Both a result of improper workmanship. After calling my builder and explaining what they found, the builder sent his own plumber out to do the same. They proved the same thing. They also said they would have to dig up the yard to fix the problem. They installed new pipe in both areas properly supporting the pipe,"(which was part of the original problem). If it wasn't for Melroy, I would have continued to have clogged pipes and possibly pay for this out of warranty.
Thanks Melroy, Patricia Canatella
Video analysis takes the guess work out of hidden problems. Many of our clients save thousands of dollars by properly seeing and locating underground pipe problems. We have found numerous sags in pipes, objects, rocks, breaks, and roots. Often we can repair only the area affected instead of replacing unnecessary pipe. Sometimes the problem actually belongs to someone else as we discover the problem is on someone else's property.
With our location technology we can pinpoint where to dig and better plan the work area. Why dig out side when the problem is inside? Why replace 100 feet when a 10 feet repair will do? Why pay for it when someone else caused the problem? The video record proves it.
Whether a home or commercial building or apartment, old or new, save money, fix the problem for good. GET A MELROY VIDEO ANALYSIS. "MVA"
